Return and exchange policy for all Chinese devices

At Al-Daw’ Al-Munir Electronics Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience. Therefore, we explain our return and exchange policy below to ensure transparency and clarity:

• First: Conditions for return and exchange. The original invoice or order number must be provided when requesting.
• The purchase period should not exceed 7 days from the date of receipt.
• If a product is received that does not match the specifications or colors mentioned on the website, the store will bear all shipping costs , and the customer is entitled to a full refund if they do not wish to exchange it.
• Products ordered with special specifications (such as rooting or special programming) cannot be returned or exchanged, and these orders void the warranty .

Second: Warranty Policy

• All new and sealed devices include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the hardware only .
• Shipping and device delivery time in case of a malfunction ranges from 12 to 20 weeks , due to the absence of an official agent within the Kingdom.
• The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, drops, or bruises, such as:
• The camera sensor malfunctioned
• Damaged capacitors and ICs
• Touchscreen problems

Third: Special Requests and Route Policy

• If the device is requested with root access enabled , the device packaging is opened to complete the process.
• When canceling an order after paying a deposit, the deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is made before the end of the period required to provide the product (6 to 14 working days, excluding weekends).
• If rooting is requested via the website or WhatsApp, and then the request is cancelled, 30% of the device's value will be deducted for opening the packaging and selling it as a used or unboxed device.

Fourth: International Shipping

• We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the countries receiving international orders; these are borne entirely by the customer.
